If you are using a legacy package such as a shared business, or reseller package, open a ticket with our Support Team to obtain an IP address. https://synapse.webgo.com.au
- Log into WHM as root
- Go to "Change Site's IP Address" and click "Change."
- Choose an available IP address from the drop-down. Click "Change."
(Please note that your website will be down for 2-4 hours while the DNS propagates around the world).
If you don't have any available IP's you can request more by submitting a support ticket directly via the Synapse system. https://synapse.webgo.com.au
