How to view the servers manually running processes

This article covers how to view the Servers Currently Running Processes.

  1. Log into your WHM: SERVER-IP/WHM
  2. Type "Process Manager" in the top left search box.
  3. This will show you all the processes running on the server.
  4. You can trace or kill any process using the corresponding buttons on the left.
  5. You can kill processes from specific users by selecting the user in the drop-down box at the top and click on "Kill user's processes."

Note: If you notice that your server is sluggish or there is high load, it is useful to kill a process that is using a lot of resources (by looking at the CPU and Memory usage). This can alleviate the load on the server and restore stability.
